Five age groups, one method.
At KOKOland, English is a single pathway that guides children and teens from age 1 to 18. Five age groups, one method: dynamic learning in small groups (maximum 6 children, 5 in KOKO Babies) where the activity changes roughly every 15 minutes, a Creative Lab in English for 10 to 16 children, and Cambridge exams built into the pathway, held on site from age 7.

At KOKOland, every year has its own level and its own goal. Children join at the right age and grow one step at a time, always alongside peers their own age.

What a week looks like
Two 60-minute sessions. 120 minutes, included in the fee.
From 3 to 18, every week there are two 60-minute sessions, in small groups. KOKO Babies, for ages 1 and 2, has a format of its own, with a parent in the classroom.

Dynamic learning

KOKOland's own method, born in our school. In 60 minutes the activity changes roughly every 15 minutes: the topic of the week stays the same but keeps coming back in new forms, so attention stays high from start to finish.

- Days and times are chosen from those available for each age group. Schools open Monday to Friday 15:00–20:00, Saturday 9:00–13:30.
- Entry test
- Online, playful and non-evaluative: it's only used to guide the choice of pathway. It takes about 20 minutes.
- Frequency
- 2 hours a week (KOKO Babies: 1 session a week + 2 sensory labs a month)
- Guarantee
- A two-week guarantee after enrolment: a full refund if it isn't the right fit.

Frequently asked questions about our courses
What age can you start at KOKOland?
From age 1. KOKO Babies welcomes children aged 1 (Babies 1) and 2 (Babies 2), with a parent in the classroom. From age 3 the pathway continues with KOKO Stars, then KOKO Primary (7–10), Junior (11–13) and Teens (14–18): a single pathway all the way to 18.
How many hours of English a week are there?
From 3 to 18 there are two 60-minute sessions a week, so 120 minutes: dynamic learning and the Creative Lab in KOKO Stars and KOKO Primary, LANGUAGE LAB — building the language and SPEAK UP — using the language in Junior and Teens. KOKO Babies (ages 1 and 2) has 45 minutes a week plus two sensory labs a month.
How many children are there in a group?
A maximum of 6 children or teens; in KOKO Babies a maximum of 5, each with a parent. In the KOKO Stars and KOKO Primary Creative Lab, groups range from 10 to 16 children, always with 2 native-speaker or bilingual teachers.
Do 3-year-olds learn together with 6-year-olds?
No. In dynamic learning, children are always with peers their own age: Stars 1 for 3-year-olds, Stars 2 for 4- and 5-year-olds, Stars 3 for 6-year-olds; Primary 1 for 7-year-olds, Primary 2 for 8-year-olds, Primary 3 for 9- and 10-year-olds. Mixed ages only happen in the Creative Lab, a deliberate teaching choice led by two teachers.
Is the Creative Lab included in the fee?
Yes. The two weekly sessions, dynamic learning and the Creative Lab, are a single pathway under the same fee. The Creative Lab isn't an extra: it's half of the method, where the English learned is put into practice in real activities.
Is there an entry test?
Yes: it's online, playful and non-evaluative. It takes about 20 minutes and is only used to guide the choice of pathway, not to give a mark; for younger children it's done together with a parent.
Can you enrol once the school year has started?
Yes, if there's space in the right age group. Before joining, the teaching team assesses the level of English, to choose the best-suited group and keep the pathway consistent.
How does the two-week guarantee work?
After enrolment there is a two-week guarantee: if the pathway isn't the right fit, the family receives a full refund.
