This legal notice governs the use of the content of the kokoland.it website, including its versions in other languages.
Website owner
The kokoland.it website is owned by KOKOLAND S.R.L., with registered office at Via dei Cedri 3/A, 74015 Martina Franca (TA), Italy, VAT number and tax code 03495700738, REA TA-262580, PEC kokoland@pec.it, email info@kokoland.it (the “Owner”, hereinafter).
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, illustrations, the KOKO mascot and the other characters, the logo, the layout, the structure and sequence of the sections, the graphic elements (including the levels map and the 12-month wheel) and the code of the website belong to the Owner or its licensors. They are protected by Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 on copyright and by the law on trade marks, designs and models, including unregistered Community designs.
Prohibited uses
Unless the Owner has given written permission, it is prohibited, by any means and in any form, to:
– reproduce the content of the website, in whole or in part;
– rework, translate or adapt it;
– imitate the structure, graphics and texts of the website;
– create websites, pages or materials derived from the website or its content.
This prohibition includes using the website, its content or descriptions of it as input, instructions or reference for artificial intelligence systems in order to generate similar websites, texts or graphics, as well as using the content to train artificial intelligence models.
Text and data mining reservation
The Owner exercises the express reservation provided for by Article 70-quater of Italian Law 633/1941 and Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790: text and data mining of the website content is not permitted without written permission. The reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form, in the /.well-known/tdmrep.json file and through the “tdm-reservation” meta tag on every page.
Permitted uses
The following are permitted:
– indexing of the website by search engines and artificial intelligence assistants, solely for the purpose of finding, quoting and linking to the website and its pages;
– short quotations, stating the source (KOKOland, kokoland.it) and linking to the page quoted.
Trade marks
“KOKOland”, “KOKO” and the related logos are distinctive signs of the Owner and may not be used without its written permission.
Infringements
The Owner reserves the right to take any civil and criminal action to protect its rights.
